The celebration will begin with a parade starting at 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 14, at the Dulles South Recreation and Community Center, 24950 Riding Center Drive in South Riding.

The parade, which will include marching bands and fire trucks, will proceed down Riding Center Drive to Freedom High School, where the celebration will continue with a festival and ceremony recognizing all of the spring 2019 All-Star Little League teams in Loudoun, according to a county announcement.

The festivities will include inflatables, games, music and food organized by the county's Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services. The celebration is a joint effort of Loudoun County, the Loudoun South Little League and South Riding Proprietary.
