Parker A. Shepherd, 28, of Washington, DC, and John J. Aguilar, 27, of Burke, were charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana.Shortly after 2 a.m., police noticed a vehicle traveling erratically in the aforementioned area and conducted a traffic stop. They detected an odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle, searched it and found 4. 17 pounds of pot, 16 vials of THC oil and $8,130 in cash.
