Man Assaults Fearful Woman In Ashburn: LCSO

ASHBURN, VA—A man was arrested last Thursday for assaulting a woman at her home in the 22900 block of Fanshaw Square, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. Jonathan L. Simpson, 48, of Manassas, was charged with domestic assault and abduction.

Shortly before 7:30 a.m., police responded to "an unknown situation" at the aforementioned address. A woman said a man she knew had entered her home, after which an argument began. She said Simpson had assaulted her a week earlier and was afraid he might do so again. He was still there upon the arrival of police, who saw fit to arrest him. He was being held without bond
