He's described as white and wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with the hood up.Around 2:30 p.m., say police, the woman was walking in the aforementioned area when she spotted a man who appeared to be following her. When she turned around, she saw him exposing himself while performing a sex act. She left the area and contacted police.
