At one point during the incident the male suspect grabbed the teenager by the neck. The teenager yelled and the suspect fled when confronted by employees.The incident occurred Wednesday, Aug. 13 at 6:30 p.m. at the 45400 block of Dulles Crossing Plaza in Sterling.The suspect is described as a 5'9" white male with a chubby build.
