New Fitness Center Opens In Ashburn

ASHBURN, VA—A funky new fitness center will swing open it doors Saturday, April 6, in Goose Creek Village at 21020 Sycolin Road. Say hello to F45 Ashburn, which utilizes an Australian fitness concept specializing in high-intensity group workouts.

In a joint statement, F45 Ashburn co-owners Jeff Harnois and Doug Crawford said the program "is truly a one-of-a-kind program unlike any other fitness concept out there. We are thrilled to let our members in this week to experience the unique personal training in a team training environment that F45 offers."

F45 Ashburn has programs with more than 1200 exercises changed daily, multi-screen LCD TVs displaying all exercises, heart rate technology for performance tracking, live DJ mixes and a global support network of coaching professionals.
