New Operator Takes Over Ashburn Senior Living Community

ASHBURN, VA — A senior living community based in the One Loudoun neighborhood of Ashburn is under new management.

Atlas Senior Living, a national senior living operator, took over management of Tribute at One Loudoun and three other DC area senior living communities on Aug. 1. Tribute at One Loudoun in Ashburn and Tribute at The Glen in Woodbridge are Atlas Senior Living's first communities in Virginia. Its other communities are based in the Southeast region of the U.S. The Tribute communities were previously overseen by Cogir Senior Living.

"Entering the D.C. metro market is a pivotal milestone for Atlas," said Scott Goldberg, co-founder, president, and CEO of Atlas Senior Living. "Rejecting a cookie-cutter model isn't just our philosophy—it's who we are and what we stand for as a company, woven into our DNA."

The Ashburn and three other new Atlas Senior Living locations offer assisted living and memory care. According to Atlas Senior Living, the new management means "the community will gain enhanced operational support, staffing resources, and clinical oversight without compromising their unique character." The senior living operator says it uses a resident-first approach based on stability, quality and compassion.

"We owe it to each and every resident and our dedicated community teams to amplify those unique strengths, while preserving what they already love, ensuring our staff are fully equipped to deliver not just exceptional care but an enhanced lifestyle," said Goldberg.
