North Face Brings Its Endurance Challenge to Algonkian Park
From a fun run to the grueling Gor-Tex 50-mile, there was a race for everyone over the weekend.
Algonkian Regional Park this past weekend served as one of many locations across the country for the North Face Endurance Challenge. The Washington, DC, region event, held June 1-2, drew racers not just from the region, but various parts of the United States.
Races ranged from a kids' run and a 5K to a marathon and even the Gor-Tex 50 Mile.
