A second student was identified as a possible victim during the investigation, though that student did not wish to proceed with any charges outside of the school. After further consultation with the Office of the Commonwealth’s Attorney, no charges will be sought in that case.
Following an investigation and review, the Office of the Commonwealth’s Attorney determined the allegations did not meet the criteria of hazing as defined in the Virginia State Code, according to an LCSO release.
