SPRINGFIELD, VA — The Braddock Bark festival is returning to Lake Accotink Park for its second year on May 21, letting residents and their dogs celebrate a day filled with fun activities, vendors and food.

The inaugural Braddock Bark last June attracted hundreds of dogs and their human companions. Like the first event, the 2023 Braddock Bark will be free for attendees and their pets. Leashed dogs are welcome at the event.

The event, on Sunday, May 21 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., will include adoption information, activities for pets, tables and booths featuring local businesses and nonprofits, and food vendors.
