New American Family Care Clinic Opening In Burke In January

BURKE, VA — American Family Care is holding a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Jan. 12, 2023, for the opening of its newest clinic on Old Keene Road in Burke.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 12. The new clinic is located at 9276 Old Keene Mill Road. The grand opening event will run from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Along with American Family Care officials, representatives from the Central Fairfax Chamber of Commerce will be on hand to celebrate the opening of the new clinic in Burke.

Headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama, American Family Care was founded 40 years ago. The Burke clinic will be the company's first in Northern Virginia. The company has two clinics in southeast Virginia.

American Family Care urgent care clinics like the one opening in Burke do not require appointments or referrals. The clinics offer on-site services such as x-rays and labs, improved wait times, speedier visits, and treatment from a highly trained, medical staff.

The clinics are open extended hours of the day, including the early morning and late evening hours, seven days a week. All of its centers accept most local and national insurance plans and offer affordable self-pay options.
