Cardio Sculpt combines vibrant dance cardio with muscle-sculpting strength training. Power Sculpt merges energetic dance cardio bursts with robust strength training, capped off with a unique toning section. Sculpt zeroes in on strength training to craft sturdy, lean muscles.
