Certified technicians from the Sully District Police Station will perform free child safety seat inspections on Thursday Sept. 8 and 22 from 5-8:30 p.m. The station is located at 4900 Stonecroft Blvd. Chantilly, VA and no appointment is necessary.
Because of time constraints, only the first 35 vehicles will be inspected on a first come first serve basis. Residents are advised to install their child seats themselves so technicians may properly inspect and adjust them as needed.
From January to July of this year police have inspected 311 child safety seats at Sully Station.
