The SYA Mets 10 U travel baseball team held a food drive at their game last Sunday 9/11 in honor of 9/11 Day of Service. They played the Manassas Mad Dawgs and players from both teams brought canned goods and other food items that were donated to Western Fairfax Christian Ministries Food Bank. The food drive was a great success. They collected 115 lbs of food and the team is excited that they were able to help out the WFCM food bank, and help others in their community.
