Driver Smashes into Five Cars at Bent Tree Apartments

A driver reportedly slammed into five cars at the Bent Tree Apartments parking lot on March 15.  

Fairfax County Police spokesperson Lucy Caldwell confirmed that officers were called to the 13000 block of Winding Oak Circle at 1 a.m. for a report of a driver crashing into multiple vehicles. A witness told Patch the driver hit five vehicles.

Ki Uk Kim, 41, of Winding Oak Circle, Centreville, was charged with DWI, police said.

"Prior to the arrest he reportedly hit several parked cars and had stopped his truck about 20 yards away from where some of the parked vehicles were parked when the officer encountered him, spoke with him, performed sobriety tests on him, and ultimately arrested him," Caldwell wrote in an email.
