County: Expect Rush Hour Gridlock During Flood Warning
Flooding is imminent or has been reported, according to the county.

Update 4 p.m. The National Weather Service has upgraded the watch to a warning for urban areas and small streams. This means that flooding is imminent or has been reported. Expect anywhere from one to one and a half inches of new rain, followed by snow. High wind gusts (30-40 mph) may cause trees to topple over, Fairfax County says.
The county sent out an alert this afternoon saying that rush hour traffic will likely be affected. The flood warning is in effect until 8 p.m.
