Help the BOS Find a New County Executive
Share your thoughts at a town hall meeting or through an online survey.

What kind of qualifications should a person have when they manage the day-to-day operations of a county with well over 1 million people?
Fairfax County officials are trying to figure that out. County executive in April after 12 years in the position, so the Board of Supervisors needs to hire someone relatively soon. Residents have several opportunities to weigh in:
- at a town hall meeting on Jan. 9th, from 7:30 to 9 p.m. at
- through an online survey (answers must be in by Jan. 16th)
Residents can also tell the BOS what sort of challenges the executive may face in coming years.
