New Tenant at Trinity Parkway Office Building

A trade association with over 1,300 members will move from its current headquarters in Fairfax to Centreville.

The Specialized Carriers & Rigging Association has leased 6,358-square-foot at 5870 Trinity Parkway. According to The Ezra Company, a commercial real estate firm that represented the association, the move will take place around Aug. 1. The Specialized Carriers & Rigging Association was previously based at 2750 Prosperity Ave in Fairfax.

On its website, the association describes itself as "an international trade association of more than 1,300 members from 43 nations. Our members are involved in specialized transportation, machinery moving and erecting, industrial maintenance, millwrighting, crane and rigging operations, manufacturing and rental."
