Police Seize 100+ Pounds of Marijuana from Centreville Man
Phillip Curtis Parks, 21, was arrested in Prince William County on a charge of possesion with intent to distribute over 50 pounds of marijuana.

Prince William County Police seized over 100 pounds of marijuana, four guns and several ounces of crack cocaine from a Centreville man and his accomplice as they searched a Manassas home on Wednesday.
Phillip Curtis Parks, 21, of 5913 Havener House Way in Centreville, was arrested on a charge of possesion with intent to distribute over 50 pounds of marijuana, police said. Iris Quanisha O'Toole, 22, of 4415 Clairendon Rd in Brooklyn, faces the same charge.
When police executed the search warrant at 7892 Sly Fox Lane, Manassas, just before 3:30 p.m., they arrested Parks and then seized a 2006 Range Rover, in addition to the items listed above, according to police spokesperson Jonathan Perok.
