Sully Animal Hospital Opens in Sully Station Shopping Center

Dr. Brenda Taddeo and Dominic Taddeo recently opened the Sully Animal Hospital at the site vacated by the Westfields Animal Hospital last year.

A husband and wife team has opened a new veterinary practice in the Sully Station shopping plaza.

Fairfax residents Dr. Brenda Taddeo and her husband Dominic Taddeo last week opened the Sully Animal Hospital in the space formerly occupied by the Westfields Animal Hospital. The office is newly remodeled and ready for business.

"My vision for the hospital is a small town, personalized practice," Brenda said.

Brenda read last year in Centreville Patch that the owner of the Westfields Animal Hospital had failed to return in a timely manner from an overseas trip. When the clinic shut down as a result, leaving customers in the lurch, she realized that there was a gap in the market for services.

Brenda had always wanted to open her own practice, so the timing seemed right. Dominic, a native of the area who is active with the Revitalization Board, handled the construction and the business aspects. Brenda, who previously worked at the Chantilly Animal Hospital and Centreville Square Animal Hospital, will provide the care.
