Dozens of former and current students, teachers and friends attended an open house at Virginia Run Elementary School today to say goodbye to two retiring educators. Judy Thomson (second grade) and Peggy Dull (computer lab), both long-time staff at , will retire from Fairfax County Public Schools this year.
Thomson has taught for 17 years, 14 of which were spent at Virginia Run. Dull has been an educator for 16 years, and spent 12 at Virginia Run.
