Alleged Speeder in Critical Condition after Loudoun County Pkwy Crash
A driver allegedly speeding northbound on Loudoun County Parkway Thursday struck a car, injuring himself and four others.

A driver who was allegedly speeding on Loudoun County Parkway Tuesday crashed into a vehicle turning onto eastbound Center Street, leaving his three passengers injured and himself in critical condition.
The driver of a 2011 BMW 335IS was allegedly traveling well in excess of the speed limit while traveling northbound on Loudoun County Parkway when he struck a 2004 Toyota Sienna attempting to turn left onto eastbound Center Street. The incident occurred at 10:49 a.m. and closed the roadway for approximately four hours to conduct an investigation by the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office Crash Reconstruction Unit.
The Toyota Sienna overturned, entrapping the driver. The driver of the BMW and its three passengers were also entrapped.

The driver of the BMW was flown to INOVA Fairfax Hospital with life-threatening injuries and remains in critical condition as of Friday morning. The three other occupants of the BMW and the driver of the Toyota Sienna were all taken by ground to INOVA Fairfax Hospital and treated for non-life threatening injuries.
A preliminary investigation determined the driver of the silver BMW, Dilgeer Singh, 18, of South Riding, was allegedly traveling well in excess of the posted speed limit. Singh was charged with driving under the influence of drugs.
