On Wednesday, Sept. 21, students at in Chantilly joined kids from around the world in celebration of the International Day of Peace (Peace Day). As part of the event, the older kids at the school gave the younger kids hand-crafted origami peace cranes.
Peace Day was first celebrated in 1982 after being established by a United Nations resolution.
