Money Stolen from Chantilly Home while Residents Present
A home on Memory Lane was allegedly burglarized this morning.

A man allegedly stole money from an occupied home in the 13200 block of Memory Lane in Chantilly around 8 a.m. Tuesday morning, according to Lucy H. Caldwell, a Fairfax County Police spokesperson.
Caldwell said that after the startled residents callled 911, a K-9 unit and helicopter were dispatched to search for the suspect, but he has not been apprehended.
The suspect was described as an 18 to 20-year-old black male weighing 220 pounds. He was seen wearing a gray shirt and light-colored pants while carrying a black backpack.
