• Labor Resource Center-New space in Centreville for day laborers to gather and find work
• Mount Olive Baptist Church-New sanctuary, classrooms, chapel, child care area, fellowship hall and administrative offices
• Harvest Chinese Christian Church-New place of worship in Centreville
• Fair Lakes Interchange Project-New lanes and bridging
• Poplar Tree Road-New lanes and sidewalks
