Fairfax County residents are weighing in on the search for a replacement for outgoing Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) Superintendent Jack Dale at several scheduled community forums.

Chantilly-area parents can come talk to the search firm looking for a new superintendent Wednesday night at 7 p.m. in the school cafeteria at Chantilly High School.

The first forum was held at South County High School Monday in Lorton.

  • Tuesday, Dec. 4 at Langley High School, 7 p.m. in the cafeteria
  • Wednesday, Dec. 5 at Robinson Secondary School, 7 p.m. in the recital hall
  • Thursday, Dec. 6 at Groveton Elementary School, 7 p.m. in the cafeteria
  • Thursday, Dec. 6 at Annandale High School, 7 p.m. in the cafeteria
  • Thursday, Dec. 6 at 10 a.m. and Friday, Dec. 7 at 1 p.m. at 8115 Gatehouse Road in Falls Church

The forums are organized by Hazard, Young, Attea and Associates, the search firm hired by the School Board to find a new superintendent.

All Fairfax County residents and FCPS employees are invited to attend the meetings and offer feedback.
