• Former Accenture Employee Charged Over Cybersecurity Fraud (securityweek.com) — A Chantilly resident and former Accenture senior manager has been indicted on federal charges alleging she misrepresented cybersecurity controls on a government cloud platform used for Defense Department work. Prosecutors say she concealed security gaps and submitted false documents during audits between 2020 and 2021, potentially jeopardizing major government contracts and facing decades in prison if convicted.
   

• 104-0: The F-15C Fighter Took Its Enemies to the Cleaners Every Single Time (19fortyfive.com) — One of the Air Force’s most storied F-15C fighter jets now sits on display at the Udvar-Hazy Center in Chantilly after scoring two kills in the Gulf War. • NRO Successfully Launches NROL-77 Mission Through National Security Space Launch Program Mission marks 10th and final NRO launch of 2025 (spaceforce.mil) — From its Chantilly, Va. headquarters, the National Reconnaissance Office announced the successful Dec. 9 launch of its NROL-77 intelligence satellite on a SpaceX Falcon 9. The mission, flown from Cape Canaveral, was the NRO’s 10th and final launch of 2025 and highlights its growing satellite constellation and close partnership with the U.S. Space Force for national security space operations.
