PHOTOS: Westfield Boys Crew

The Westfield boys crew team took second in their division on Saturday at the Virginia Scholastic Rowing Association Championship at in Fairfax.

St. Alban's boys first eight took the title in their division, followed by and high schools.  girls' first eight took the title with a time of 4:54.1, edging and Thomas Jefferson High Schools, who came in second and third, respectively.

Teams who placed in the top two or three of their final heats on Saturday earned bids to the Scholastic Rowing Association of America National Championship Regatta, held on Memorial Day weekend in Camden, NJ.
