Seafood Restaurant Signs Lease At Lee Jackson Station Center

CHANTILLY, VA — Ocean Crab restaurant is coming to the Lee Jackson Station Shopping Center in Chantilly in the third quarter of 2022.

The D.C. office of Divaris Real Estate completed a transaction in which Ocean Crab signed a lease for a 6,000-square-foot space at the shopping center.

The seafood restaurant’s lease follows recent façade improvements at the shopping center, Divaris Real Estate said.

The Lee Jackson Station Shopping Center is a strip retail center at the corner of Lee Jackson Memorial Hwy (Route 50) and Centreville Road.

Chris Saa of Divaris Real Estate represented Bhuller Enterprises Inc., the owner of the shopping center, and Betty Yang of United Realty Inc. represented Ocean Crab.
