Saul. The company is in negotiations with Marriott's Residence Inn and Hilton's Homewood Suites to develop the property. <a href="http://www.colonyhouse.net/index.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Colony House</a> originally opened on Connecticut Avenue in Northwest Washington in 1936. In 1957, the high-end furniture company moved to Arlington.
