It's National Hamburger Month: Where are Arlington's Best Burgers?

Any hamburger connoisseurs out there?

May is National Hamburger Month in Arlington and across the country, and where the best burger in Arlington is depends on which carnivore you ask.

According to Eater.com, Ray's burgers gets a lot of nods whether you go to Ray's to the Third or venture elsewhere. 

According to one Yelp reviewer, Philadelphia Mike's of Rosslyn has surprisingly good burgers.

Z Burger opened earlier this year near Virginia Square. Elevation Burger is open near Yorktown.  

There's also Big Buns in Ballston, Five Guys near Court House Metro, BGR in Clarendon...  We'd love to hear your opinion in the comments section below.  

The Chicago Tribune has compiled a list of facts you may not know about burgers. 

Americans eat an astounding 48 billion burgers a year, or about three per week per person. While burgers are pretty cheap, getting them to our table isn't. According to the Center for Investigative Reporting, 6.5 pounds of greenhouse gases are produced to make one tasty quarter-pounder. Over a year, that's equal to 34 coal-fired power plants. If you were willing to give up one burger a week, it would be like not driving your car 350 miles.
