Man Pleads Guilty After Pulling Two Guns Outside Ritz-Carlton

Andrew Dziuk, of Centreville, was charged with brandishing a firearm, reckless handling of a firearm and being drunk in public.

Andrew Dziuk recently pleaded guilty to in May, court records show.

According to police, Dziuk entered the luxury hotel at 1:30 a.m. May 9, inquired about room rates and became irate when hotel staff quoted the price.

According to the Ritz-Carlton's website, rooms start at $469 per night.

When he was denied alcohol, hotel security followed Dziuk out of the hotel. He then pulled two semi-automatic pistols on the guard, Arlington police spokesman Dustin Sternbeck said.

General District Court records indicate he pleaded guilty to the charge of brandishing a firearm on June 8. He was sentenced to one year in prison.
