Police Search for Man Who Exposed Self

A man exposed himself to a woman who was walking her dog in her Dale City neighborhood Oct. 22, Prince William County Police said. 

Police responded to the call from a 44-year-old woman regarding an indecent exposure at 8:16 p.m. on the 4500 block of Perch Branch Way. The woman was taking an evening stroll with her dog in her neighborhood when she encountered an unknown man, who was not wearing pants, police said. Police said he did not approach the woman and immediately fled. 

The woman returned to her home and then called the police. The man was described as between 25-30 years old, about six feet tall, black, with a thin build and short hair.
