Alexandria Chamber of Commerce to Lead Trip to Cuba
Twenty spaces are available for four-day trip to Cuba in May.

ALEXANDRIA, VA -- Interested in visiting Cuba? Now's your chance. Spaces are available for 20 guests to travel May 17-21 with the Alexandria Chamber of Commerce to the tropical island. The Chamber is partnering on the trip with the Arlington Chamber of Commerce for a four-day visit.
More and more Americans are traveling to Cuba as the United States and Cuba move toward normalization of relations for the first time in more than 50 years.
On the Alexandria Chamber trip, guests will fly from Miami to Cuba and the trip will include a UNESCO Old Havana walking tour, cigar factory tour, a visit to writer Ernest Hemingway's farm and other experiences.

An informational meeting about the trip is scheduled for Thursday from 5-6:30 p.m. at Carr Workplaces, 500 Montgomery St., Suite 400 in Alexandria.
