Host a French Student from an Alexandria Sister City

The Alexandria/Caen Sister City program is seeking Alexandria families to host a French teenager for two weeks this summer.

The Alexandria/Caen Sister City Program is seeking families to host a French student from Caen, the capital of Lower Normandy in France.

Students are about 14 to 17 years old and would need housing for the two weeks of June 21 to July 6.

Host families are responsible for opening their home to the student by taking him or her through daily household and activity schedules. Sharing meals, activities and culture are also important. The guest is a teenager, so providing supervision is also necessary, the group notes.
