Road Rage in the Trader Joe's Parking Lot?

Witnesses last weekend reported a road rage incident in the Old Town Trader Joe’s parking garage.

One witness tweeted that there were at least three cars with major damage. “Impact would have killed pedestrians, IMO. No joke” wrote Scott Canady.

Canady said shoppers in the store at the time heard the collision.

An Alexandria Police Department spokeswoman told Patch that an incident did occur in the garage at Trader Joe's March 22 at about 3:44 p.m.

“However, the incident was cleared as 'no report'. The only information given is that it occurred on private property and there were no injuries, thus no police report,” police Public Information Officer Ashley Hildebrandt wrote in an email to Patch.
