Tartan Properties Announces Sale of Del Ray Office Building

Tartan Properties announced its sale last week of the 2,900-square-foot office building located at 1900 Mount Vernon Ave. to ASK Inc., an education consulting firm.

ASK purchased the office for $414 per square foot, or $1.2 million. Tartan reported receiving multiple offers for the three-level building that includes its own parking lot.

Octameron Associates, another education consulting firm, was the previous tenant.

ASK is relocating from its office located at 2214 King St.
