Two $1 Million-Plus Homes in Del Ray Gauging Buyer Interest
Zillow's "Make Me Move" category alerts potential buyers that you're interested in selling without officially putting home on the market.
With the winter season and holidays upon us, there aren’t as many homes on the market as you would see during other times of the year.
Check Zillow’s “Make Me Move” category though, and you may find a treasure that isn’t officially on the market for one reason or another. There are two $1 million-plus homes in Del Ray in that category.
The category basically lets potential buyers know that the homeowners are considering selling their homes, but the homes are not officially on the market.
