• Recycle your Christmas tree into a fish habitat at Claytor Lake (wfxrtv.com) — Residents in and around Dublin can recycle real Christmas trees at Claytor Lake State Park from Dec. 25 through Feb. 1, 2026, helping build fish habitats and earning free park admission on drop-off day. Trees, stripped of all decorations, will be added to underwater reef structures, and volunteers are invited to help prep trees ahead of the February drop day.
