• Virginia Pokémon Heist: California Man Admits To Stealing Rare Cards During Home Burglary (dailyvoice.com) — A Fairfax County man has admitted to a bizarre July burglary that targeted a home on Plateau Drive in Fair Oaks, where about $50,000 in rare Pokémon cards were stolen. Police say the break-in was discovered when the victim’s boyfriend checked his home security feed while helping her after an earlier armed robbery nearby. The suspect has pleaded guilty and will be sentenced in March 2026.
