FAIRFAX, VA — The country's only fast casual chicken salad restaurant, Chicken Salad Chick, will open a location in The Greenbriar Town Center on Nov. 20.
Located at 13057 Lee Jackson Memorial Highway (Route 50), the restaurant will be the second location that franchise owner Devon Chamberlin opened in Fairfax County. The Falls Church Chicken Salad Chick opened in August at 7505 Leesburg Pike, Suite 120A.
Chamberlin’s franchise group is planning to open four more restaurants over the next two years in Arlington, Fairfax and Loudoun counties.
