Indecent Exposure: Suspect Wore Bright Orange Running Shoes, Police Say

FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA -- Fairfax County Police say that a man exposed himself Sunday morning when a woman walked by along Post Forest Drive and West Ox Road (see map below).

The incident took place Sunday at about 11:30 a.m. in a location that is near the county animal shelter. That's where a woman was walking to work and a man exposed himself, police said.

The suspect was described as white, 30 years old, 5 feet 11 inches tall, 160 pounds, clean shaven, wearing all black clothing, short running shorts, bright orange running shoes, and a black winter cap.
