Landscaping Firm's Tools Stolen, Police Report
Someone took hedge trimmers, leaf blowers and chainsaws from a local business, according to police.

FAIRFAX CITY, VA -- Landscaping tools have been reported stolen at a local business, according to Fairfax City Police.
Police say the tools -- hedge trimmers, leaf blowers and chainsaws -- were stolen between Tuesday afternoon at 5:30 p.m. and early Wednesday at 6:30 a.m., from a parking lot at 11081 Fairfax Boulevard in the City (see map below).
The owner of the landscaping firm contacted police Thursday about the stolen tools, taken from two trailers at the parking lot, according to police.

The police department's Criminal Investigations Division is investigating the case, police said.
