FAIRFAX CITY, VA -- New Vietnamese restaurant Pho, Banh Mi & Grill, located at 4290 Chain Bridge Road (see map below), has earned four stars so far from 28 Yelp reviews. Of those reviews, 15 of them gave the eatery 5 stars.
