Woman, Teen Involved in Road Rage Incident Thursday

Here's a look at recent incidents in Fairfax City, as reported by Fairfax City Police in their daily crime reports.

FAIRFAX CITY, VA -- Police say that two women were involved in a road rage incident in Fairfax City Thursday afternoon.

A 27-year old Annandale woman reported to police that while she was stopped for a red light, a teenager got out of her car, yelled at the victim and punched her through the driver's side window of her car.

Police describe the teen as a thin black female with a light complexion, about 17 to 18 years old with short black hair. The incident took place at about 2:43 p.m. at Main Street and Pickett Road. The Patrol Division is investigating the case.

  • Larceny 16-04801: 3800 Block of Farrcroft Drive – On March 26 at 11:51 AM the resident reported that between February 28 and March 3 unknown person(s) had stolen mail from his mailbox, altered the amount on a check contained in the mail and cashed the check.
  • Credit Card Fraud 16-04911: 10370 Main Street / Embroidme – On March 28 at 4:06 PM the owner reported that on December 15, 2015 he had received an online order for merchandise and proceeded to fill it, with the merchandise being sent to an address in Texas. He was given a credit card number to be charged in two installments. He was subsequently informed that both transactions were fraudulent.
  • Larceny 16-05028: 10407 Fairfax Boulevard / Farrish Subaru – On March 30 at 1:37 PM a manager reported that sometime between March 7 and March 21 unknown person(s) had stolen two dealer tags from the dealership.
  • DUI Arrest 16-05061: 9908 Fairfax Boulevard / PJ Skidoos Parking Lot – On March 30 at 10:52 PM an officer investigating an accident determined that one of the drivers involved was intoxicated. Paula A. Cunningham, 50, of 10711 Orchard Street, Fairfax, was transported to the Adult Detention Center where she was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.
  • Larceny Arrest 16-0459610692: Fairfax Boulevard / Teriyaki Madness – On March 22 at 10:06 PM the victim reported that about 9:00 PM unknown person(s) had stolen her purse which she had inadvertently left in the restroom. The purse contained cash, credit cards and identification. As the result of investigation by the Patrol Division a suspect was identified and located at her residence on March 31. Constantina Ericka Terrazas Limachi, 22, of 10001 Peterson Street, Fairfax, was transported to the Adult Detention Center where she was charged with grand larceny and released on personal recognizance.
  • Assault 16-050849615: Fairfax Boulevard / 7-Eleven – On March 31 at 12:25 PM the victim, a 39 year old man of no fixed address, reported that during an altercation with five unknown male subjects two of them had struck him and knocked him to the ground. The subjects left the area prior to the arrival of police and were not located during a search of the area. The victim was treated on the scene and at a medical facility for his injuries. The Patrol Division is investigating the case.
  • Fictitious License Arrest 16-051279908: Fairfax Boulevard / P J Skidoos – On March 31 at 11:08 PM officers investigating a complaint found a subject lying beside a dumpster outside the business. The subject subsequently produced a Pennsylvania driver’s license which investigation proved was fictitious. Christian Nicholas Giudice, 20, of 12699 Sabastian Drive, Fairfax, was charged with possession of a fictitious operator’s license and released on a summons.
