Assistance League Members Welcome the Holidays

For its annual holiday get-together this year, Assistance League of Northern Virginia celebrated its successes with a High Tea luncheon at a local restaurant. More than 40 marvelous members and their guests sipped tea, sampled the tasty sandwiches and sweets, and enjoyed the companionship of good friends in a beautiful setting. Three lucky members won door prizes and took home a bottle of wine. All attendees received a delicious cookie/ornament made by Assistance League’s multi-talented member, Dorine, who organized the event and also made special magnets for attendees to place in their car windows to help bring attention to the chapter’s amazingly impactful organization. The Tea’s wonderful warmth and special touches made this event a delightful start to the holidays!
