Patio Construction at Clifton Cafe Going into Next Week

By mid-next week the Clifton Cafe will have a full outdoor patio. A construction crew with JMS Contracting is leveling the ground in front of the business at 7144 Main Street, and that means uprooting trees and shifting dirt around.

"There are tree roots all ove the place here," said contractor Mike Smith. "The hardscape stone that we're going to use can be taken out if necessary, you can pull out roots below and then put it back - like cobblestones."
