Amazing Smiles of Falls Church Celebrates Grand Opening Saturday

Amazing Smiles, a brand-new state-of-the-art dental practice, will celebrate its grand opening Saturday in Falls Church.

Dr. Sylvie Ho, a Falls Church resident and the owner of the practice, is a graduate of University of Maryland’s School of Dental Surgery and also earned her MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. She was a C.P.A. before becoming a dentist. She furthered her dental training through the U.S. Air Force Advanced Education General Dentistry program at Wright Patterson AFB in Dayton, OH. Before opening her practice in Falls Church, she served as a full-time dentist at the Pentagon Tri-Care Dental Clinic and in private practice. Most of the staff employed at Amazing Smiles are military veterans.

Amazing Smiles opened on August 5, Patient Administrator Mario Campos said. The practice will celebrate its grand opening with refreshments and light snacks donated by local restaurants. Raffle prizes include gift certificates to SweetFrog, electric toothbrushes, and an iPad. 

Campos says Amazing Smiles intends to give back to the Falls Church community. 

"We are letting everyone know we're here," Campos said. "We will be offering discounts to patients without health insurance and offering a discount to patients who live in Falls Church."

The Grand Opening and Open House will take place Saturday from 1 to 4 p.m. The community is invited to the celebration.
