FALLS CHURCH, VA — Five barbers and a tattoo artist will trade their hair trimmers and tattoo needles for spatulas as they cook up food for the second Battle of Broad Street.

This returning food competition features barbers from the Neighborhood Barbershop and tattoo artist from Mister Finster's Tattoo creating five dishes in hopes of winning bestselling dish of the day. During the competition, diners can purchase the dishes. The creator of the dish that sells the most will get the dish featured on the Harvey's menu for a month. The person whose dish sells the least will get a tattoo depicting the winning dish.
