Bomb Threat at Falls Church Area Target: Police
Fairfax County Police checked out the threat Tuesday afternoon at the store, located on Arlington Boulevard.

FAIRFAX COUNTY, VA -- Fairfax County Police say that a bomb threat was called into the Falls Church area Target store on Arlington Boulevard Tuesday afternoon.
Located in the 6200 block of Arlington Boulevard (see map below), police were called about the threat shortly after 12 noon Tuesday. An employee of the Target store received a call from a man, stating that there was a bomb in the store, police said.
The store and surrounding area was checked for suspicious packages and persons. Police say nothing was found. Target’s asset protection employee advised that Target had recently received bomb threats nationwide.
